Sorry for the screwy website over the past two days…some of my posts have been posting in the wrong order. I just noticed that the post I made last night came out under yesterday’s.
Anyway, following up on last night’s post:
Birds did move over New Jersey last night. We may have experienced some influx from the Delmarva Peninsula, but for the most part any large movements to our south were blocked by a pretty nasty storm system that you can see peeking up in the last frame of the velocity plot (but not in the radar plot). The radar loop is from sunset last night through sunrise this morning, at 1/2 hour intervals.
