Some birds on the move last night with light westerly winds over our area. The big movement, though, was to our west where winds had already switched around to the northwest before sunset. Tonight’s forecast is for northwesterly winds, so I expect migration over our area to be heavier overnight. With the nortwesterlies today, the raptor migration should be good along the interior ridges and coast.
