According to the radar, hordes of birds are currently leaving central and northern New Jersey as the storm front moves eastward across the state. Migration over south Jersey and Delaware appears to have been shutdown already; although there is heavy migration over Virginia and North Carolina heading directly toward New Jersey. Assuming that these storms shut down the current migration over New Jersey relatively soon, there will be a concentration of birds in the northern half of the state by morning. Depending on whether conditions are favorable enough for the birds heading in from the south, there could be an influx of birds into south Jersey as well. Both scenarios offer fallout possibilities depending on how many birds are overhead when the sky decides to open up. I’ll post the radar in the morning
