Okay- so in an effort to collect more relevant data alongside the radar, I’ve added a few new custom fields to the site. You should see them below. Direction and speed of surface winds and winds aloft (1,500 – 4,000 feet, or roughly 900mb) will each have an effect on nocturnal migration. Therefore I’ll focus on these data for the time being, and add new ones as they become apparent.
