Can you tell by the title that I’ve been “tweet”ing a bit too much?? Nothing was moving last night as the winds were out of the NW and, well, why press your luck when it’s this early in the spring!?
But have you seen the wind forecast for Thursday night?? SSW winds are on tap from the Florida Gulf Coast all the way up to Maine, and while the first big wave of N. Parulas only just made it into Florida two days ago, you can bet that something interesting will be showing up by this weekend. Yellow-throated Warblers and Louisiana Waterthrush are both bets I’m willing to wager on.
Until then, get your work done so you can play hooky on Friday (and get your rain gear ready).
Good Birding
