Hey loyal readers- I wanted to let you know that I have posted 12-hour loops of the NEXRAD national composite for the last four nights to the woodcreeper.com Facebook page. It’s pretty awesome to watch the migration ‘front’ spread from east to west as the sun sets across the country. You can really get a perspective on the relationship between migration, frontal boundaries, and the implicit wind fields associated with the fronts. I hope you enjoy watching them as much as I do!

The reason for posting them on Facebook is because they’re big (~40mb) but Facebook handles them really well and doesn’t charge me for hosting them (win-win!). So head over the the Facebook page here:
