South winds shut it down
Winds are back out of the south now, and little migration is occurring across the Northeast and mid-Atlantic. Expect things to back-up for a couple of nights, and then cut loose again on Wednesday and Thursday nights. This will mean another big push into the region for Thursday and Friday mornings.
